Portal access is provided to approved UDB partners. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

• Use the portal only for authorized business activities with UDB.
• Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the portal.

Service availability

We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may impact availability.

Content and intellectual property

All portal content, branding, and software are owned by UDB or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

Disclaimers

The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the portal will meet all requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UDB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from portal use.
